(1) After the conclusion of the trial court, other than the summary military court, the missile prad biwak with the decision shall be sent and the prad biwak shall send the judgment or opinion to the officer according to section 108, 109 and 110 respectively for judgment or opinion.
(2) After the trial, action and decision of the case by the military court, the missile with the decision must be sent to the Prad Biwak and the Prad Biwak will conduct the necessary investigation.
(3) In the case of a departmental punishment order as per Section 105, the sentencing officer shall send a certified copy of the action plan to the officer as per Section 118.
